Terms and Conditions of Sale – Exploraction

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the coaching and training services offered by Exploraction. They apply to any request or order made through the website or via any other communication channel.

2. Services Provided

Exploraction offers professional coaching services for individuals and organizations.

These services include:

• Individual coaching for professionals in transition or building a new stage in their career. • Group coaching for mid‑career women. • Group coaching for women and men wishing to clarify their project using business strategy tools.

>> All coaching sessions are conducted exclusively via videoconference, according to the arrangements agreed with the client.

3. Pricing

Service prices are indicated on the Exploraction website. They are set at the time the contract is signed and remain unchanged throughout the duration of the coaching engagement. Prices are expressed in euros, excluding taxes (VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French Tax Code).

4. Payment Terms

For individuals: payment may be made in one or several instalments, according to the terms agreed during the exploratory meeting and specified in the contract. Payments are made by bank transfer.

For companies: invoicing is issued monthly, based on the services provided during the month, and payable by bank transfer.

Exploraction reserves the right to suspend or discontinue its services in the event of non‑payment within the agreed timeframe.

5. Session Rescheduling or Cancellation

Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance, in writing. After this deadline, the session will be due, except in cases of force majeure.

6. Duration of Services

For individual coaching, session duration ranges from 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, depending on what is agreed with the client. The frequency of sessions is adjusted according to the objectives set and the client’s progress.

For group coaching, the duration of workshop‑sessions is defined in the program description and may vary depending on the chosen format. The session schedule is communicated to participants before the start of the program.

7. Liability

Exploraction undertakes to provide high‑quality professional coaching in accordance with industry standards. The coach is bound by an obligation of means, not of result: the success of the coaching process depends on the client’s involvement, commitment, and implementation of agreed actions. Consequently, no guarantee of results can be required.

8. Confidentiality

All exchanges between the coach and the client remain confidential, except in cases of legal obligation or explicit consent from the client.

9. Intellectual Property

Materials and content provided as part of the coaching process are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.

10. Complaints and Mediation

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. If no agreement is reached, the client may contact the consumer mediator designated below: ANM CONSOMMATION

11. Modification of the TCS

Exploraction may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the website at the time the service is provided.

12. Force Majeure

Exploraction cannot be held liable for any event beyond its control (illness, natural disaster, strike, etc.) affecting the delivery of services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of Exploraction’s registered office.
